đ What Youâll Own
⢠Design and develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, Tailwind CSS, and HAML
⢠Translate concepts into production-ready pages with a creator-native look and feel
⢠Lead competitor research, user studies, and usability testing
⢠Prototype, iterate, and ship clean, mobile-first interfaces
⢠Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
⢠Collaborate across dev and design to keep everything on-brand and on-trend
⢠Own your laneâmake confident design/dev calls and move fast
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠Mastery of HTML and Tailwind CSS (utility-first workflows)
⢠Strong eye for UI/UX design, with an instinct for trends on TikTok, Instagram, etc.
⢠Proficiency in JavaScript; bonus for Vue, React
⢠Deep understanding of influencer culture and digital-native design
⢠Experience with agile development, code review, and shipping features fast
⢠Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Stimulus.js, or Hotwire is a plus
⢠Confident communicator who works independently and efficiently
⢠Portfolio that shows modern, mobile-first, creator-aware designs
