TheeDigital is expanding their design team and looking for a sharp, motivated Web Designer and UX Specialist with agency experience. If you’ve got a strong eye for layout, conversion strategy, and responsive design—and can thrive in a collaborative team—this is your lane. You’ll create beautiful, functional websites and visuals for a range of clients, while helping the agency push forward into its next chapter of growth.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design high-quality responsive websites that are both user-centric and brand-consistent
• Create visually engaging layouts using XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Build designs optimized for UX, conversion, and performance
• Produce assets for email marketing, banner ads, and social platforms
• Make content and graphic updates to WordPress sites
• Work with developers and the production team on site builds and updates
• Bring innovative ideas to the table to improve design processes
• Help scope design work and collaborate with clients as needed


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in web/UX/graphic design
• Strong background in responsive design
• Proficiency in XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience working within a WordPress environment
• Strong grasp of design principles including layout, typography, and user behavior
• Attention to detail and an eye for high-impact, user-friendly design
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams
• Sense of humor (seriously, it’s part of the job description)
