đź§ľ About the Role
PTP is seeking a talented Web Designer to shape user-centered, visually engaging experiences for CX-driven web applications. You’ll design everything from wireframes and mockups to live, responsive interfaces—collaborating closely with stakeholders, developers, and users to turn concepts into intuitive, accessible, and on-brand digital journeys.
📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead JAD sessions and apply Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles
• Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Build and maintain consistent, cross-browser CSS frameworks
• Refactor and modernize legacy applications
• Advocate for usability and enforce visual standards
• Collaborate with dev teams and clients to balance UX and performance
• Write clean, accessible HTML5/CSS3 and integrate JavaScript/jQuery
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of success as a Web Designer
• 2+ years working with responsive/adaptive design
• Deep experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Strong command of usability, accessibility, and design standards
• Proficient in Figma, screen mockup tools, and user testing
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
✨ Bonus If You Have
• Experience with government tech projects
• Background designing for Java (JSF + PrimeFaces), .NET, or mobile apps
• Knowledge of C# or Java-based front-end frameworks
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel)
