🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital design
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of styles and platforms (web, mobile, TV, etc.)
• Experience defining visual systems and building design prototypes
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Sharp eye for visual detail and high standards for execution
• Proven ability to take and implement creative feedback constructively
• Adaptable, fast, and highly collaborative
