• Full-time remote role (India-based candidates only)
• Focus on UI design for Multiplier’s public-facing website
• Lead and evolve our scalable design system and component library
• Key voice in design thinking, visual storytelling, and UX cohesion
• Collaborate across design, dev, and product teams
📋 What You’ll Own
• Maintain and evolve a robust design system that scales with our brand
• Take full design ownership of our marketing website
• Conduct user testing and research to inform design decisions
• Align design solutions with core business goals and brand identity
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and thoughtful implementation
• Lead design reviews, workshops, and cross-functional critiques
• Mentor junior designers with actionable feedback and support

• Proven experience in UI design for SaaS or tech-driven websites
• Mastery of Figma and design systems
• Strong visual storytelling and brand alignment skills

• Experience working independently in remote, fast-paced teams
