Deel is hiring a Team Lead, B2B Web Design to shape the creative vision and execution of our marketing website. You’ll sit at the intersection of brand and performance—leading a high-impact team of designers, developers, and growth specialists to build world-class web experiences that drive results.

💼 What You’ll Do
- Own the creative vision and execution roadmap for the Deel website
- Lead a global team of designers, developers, and web specialists
- Partner across SEO, CRO, Brand, Comms, and Product to build high-converting experiences
- Deliver data-informed UX and UI designs that drive measurable growth
- Oversee the evolution of Deel’s website design system
- Streamline web operations through systems, process design, and scalable tooling
- Balance performance goals with strong, consistent brand storytelling
- Deliver web projects on time, aligned with scope and business strategy
📌 What You Bring
- 7+ years in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing (with 2+ years in leadership)
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic impact and design excellence
- Deep understanding of SEO, CRO, responsive design, and performance marketing
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
- Advanced skills in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable leading across time zones
- Agile mindset with proven success working alongside developers and marketing ops
