You’ll blend performance and brand across landing pages, subscription funnels, and new product launches—driving demand while delivering a top-tier design experience. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead and evolve the creative strategy for Hatch.co
• Design and test landing pages, including new product launches
• Build and maintain a scalable web design system
• Collaborate across Product, Growth, Marketing, and Development
• Use storytelling and UX best practices to drive performance and emotional connection
• Own design projects from concept through handoff
🎯 Must-Have Experience
• 5+ years of UX/UI design for web
• A strong portfolio showcasing web design craft, UX thinking, and storytelling
• Fluency in Figma, Adobe CS, and component-based systems (e.g., React, NextJS)
• Strong grasp of color, typography, layout, iconography, and interaction design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working cross-functionally with Growth, Product, and Dev teams
• Ability to balance brand identity with conversion-driven design
