As a Sr. Digital Designer, you’ll shape the future of Hatch.co with stunning, emotionally engaging, high-converting design. You’ll drive the creative vision for new product launches, lead the evolution of our web design system, and collaborate across Growth, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to elevate both brand and performance.
📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead the creative direction of Hatch’s website and landing pages
• Design product launch experiences from concept to execution
• Build, test, and refine our web design system
• Balance storytelling with performance-driven design
• Collaborate across disciplines to drive conversions and delight users
• Transform user insights into digital journeys that resonate
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years in UX/UI or digital design with a standout portfolio
• Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe CS, and an eye for component-based systems (React, NextJS familiarity is a plus)
• Strong understanding of web typography, color theory, illustration, and layout
• Passion for wellness, storytelling, and human-centered design
• Comfortable working remotely on PST hours
