As a Senior Digital Graphic Designer, you’ll be a strategic visual storyteller and digital-first design specialist. This role leads creative execution across all digital channels with a focus on brand growth, innovation, and performance. You’ll work closely with the Creative and Marketing Directors to concept, prototype, and deliver high-impact assets that elevate brand expression and drive conversion.

📋 What You’ll Own

• Lead digital creative across site, email, SMS, paid/organic social, and display
• Design ecommerce assets—homepages, PDPs, landing pages, and UI components
• Create visually compelling, conversion-optimized email and MMS campaigns
• Deliver thumb-stopping social and paid media content, including video and motion
• Use AI tools to ideate, iterate, and prototype more efficiently
• Collaborate with marketing and UX teams to align creative with performance strategy
• Write headlines, propose visual treatments, and proactively move projects forward
• Maintain organized working and production-ready files
• Participate in creative reviews and apply feedback constructively
• Stay on top of trends in ecommerce, creative performance, and digital storytelling


🎯 Must-Have Traits

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 5+ years in a fast-paced ecommerce or DTC design role
• Sophisticated portfolio demonstrating storytelling, conversion-based design, and multichannel fluency
• Deep knowledge of responsive UX/UI, visual hierarchy, and user behavior
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects preferred)
• Experience with AI tools for creative workflows and content generation
• Familiarity with paid media formats, best practices, and testing
• Strong attention to detail, brand ownership, and creative accountability
• Excellent communication and a passion for collaborative creative environments
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
