đŹ Role Overview
As an Ecommerce Creative Designer, youâll design and produce high-performing digital creativeâshort and long-form videos, motion graphics, and branded assetsâfor ecommerce websites and social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of conversion strategy, storytelling, and digital design.
â Responsibilities
⢠Design short and long-form videos optimized for ecommerce and social platforms (FB, IG, YouTube, X, etc.)
⢠Create conversion-focused ad creatives (product images, category banners, homepage visuals, motion graphics)
⢠Apply animation, storytelling, and layout design to deliver brand-aligned, scroll-stopping content
⢠Tailor creatives per platform to maximize engagement, CTR, and ROI
⢠Stay current on trends in ecommerce, design, and performance marketing
⢠Collaborate with internal teams; accept and integrate feedback with speed and clarity
⢠Participate in daily meetings and own multiple fast-paced projects with accountability
đ§ Qualifications
⢠2â3+ years in video editing & graphic design, with ecommerce or digital ad experience
⢠Strong in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom
⢠Skilled in motion/text-based animation
⢠Understanding of brand storytelling, layout, typography, and design for performance
⢠Experience optimizing assets for metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.)
⢠Must follow brand guides independently (no direct client communication required)
⢠Collaborative, adaptable, and can handle tight turnarounds with a cool head
⢠Ability to work UK hours (with flexibility for occasional US-based client meetings)
