OPEN Health is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. This role is fully remote and requires strong experience designing scientific posters. If you have a proven portfolio in medical communications, slide decks, data visualization, and poster layout, we want to hear from you.

• Must have prior scientific poster design experience
• Medical communications or pharmaceutical agency experience required
• Travel: Less than 10%

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Design, enhance, and layout PowerPoint presentations, scientific posters, and other materials
• Create and adapt graphs, charts, and tables for publication across digital and print formats
• Collaborate with medical, editorial, and account teams to execute high-quality materials
• Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling visual formats
• Maintain and manage poster schedules, production quality, and client guidelines
• Provide creative input on video, animation, and interactive visual projects
• Uphold brand standards, journal specifications, and congress submission guidelines
đź› What You Bring
• 5+ years in medical advertising or pharmaceutical design (agency or in-house)
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or Medical-related field
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Strong MS365 suite skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Portfolio demonstrating scientific poster work, figures/tables, and professional layout
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong project management skills
• Passion for healthcare communications and scientific accuracy
