We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support various digital and print campaigns on a 1099 freelance basis. From e-newsletters to billboards, this role covers a wide range of deliverables for dynamic, high-visibility projects. Must have a strong design portfolio and knowledge of accessibility standards.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Conceptualize and design creative campaigns across web, print, and social platforms
• Develop cohesive branding systems using logos, fonts, and color schemes
• Execute assets for advertising, signage, billboards, brochures, direct mail, flyers, event materials, and more
• Provide creative input for social media and digital campaigns (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest)
• Ensure compliance with 508 Accessibility Standards
• Edit and prepare visual assets efficiently across formats
• Manage multiple projects with varying specs and timelines
• Communicate with project stakeholders and adjust designs based on feedback
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Arts, Design, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of current design trends and accessible design principles
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to manage overlapping deadlines and stakeholder feedback
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work is required
