Lightboard is looking for a versatile, detail-driven freelance designer to join our remote team. You’ll collaborate with creative leads to deliver top-tier work across websites, presentations, branding, and more. Our clients include heavy hitters like Microsoft, GitHub, and Autodesk—plus a rotating cast of fast-growing tech companies. Whether you’re redesigning a site, building slick PDFs, or giving life to spot illustrations, you’ll help bring high-quality design to teams who need it fast.

• 🧾 Freelance / Contract
• 🕒 10–30 hours per week
• 💻 Fully Remote (U.S.-based only)
• 💰 $35–$65/hour, based on experience and quality
• 🎯 Work directly with Creative Services Managers, not salespeople
• 🗓️ No weekends or after-hours work


📋 What You’ll Own
• Design marketing assets: websites, decks, one-pagers, ads, PDFs
• Execute layout-heavy projects (PowerPoint, Keynote, InDesign)
• Contribute to branding refreshes and digital campaigns
• Follow and finesse existing brand styles
• Occasionally collaborate with art directors, illustrators, or developers
• Consistently deliver polished, modern work for B2B clients


🎯 Must-Have Traits & Skills
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch (we’ll help you learn if needed)
• Strong experience in layout and presentation design
• A sharp portfolio showcasing branding and digital work for B2B clients
• Excellent communication, time management, and file organization
• A full-time freelancer (not moonlighting from a day job)
• Positive, collaborative energy—you’re confident and coachable

• Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or basic web/email development
• Animation or illustration chops
