Lightboard is looking for a Creative Services Manager to lead the charge across client relationships, project execution, and creative delivery. This role blends the best of account management, art direction, and design leadership—minus the agency red tape. You’ll guide customers from kickoff to final files while collaborating with a world-class design team. If you thrive in ambiguity, geek out over layout and branding, and can juggle multiple clients without dropping the craft—this is for you.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Be the go-to point of contact for clients—planning, briefing, budgeting
• Guide deliverables from first draft to final file
• Translate marketing goals into creative briefs and timelines
• Manage freelance/staff designers across layout, web, and illustration
• Foster long-term client relationships through high-quality delivery
• Strategize and allocate quarterly budgets for creative output


🎯 Must-Have Traits & Skills
• Professional design experience + strong visual literacy
• Confident communicator with clients and creatives alike
• Sharp project management skills (timelines, budgets, feedback loops)
• Grace under pressure, especially with creative requests and revisions
• Familiarity with B2B marketing and creative workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication
