Vizcom is shaping the future of industrial design—and we need a visual storyteller to match. As our Senior Brand & Web Designer, you’ll lead the evolution of our creative identity across digital, brand, and web platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and GTM teams to bring Vizcom’s story to life—from sleek product launches to visually striking campaigns that speak directly to creative professionals.

• Senior-level, Brand & Web Design
• Full-time, Remote (U.S. based)
• Reports to: Head of Marketing
• Compensation range:
- Zone 1 (SF, NYC, LA, Seattle): $130K–$150K
- Zone 2 (Austin, Denver, Chicago): $115K–$135K
- Zone 3 (Salt Lake City, Phoenix, KC): $100K–$120K

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Lead the creative evolution of Vizcom’s visual identity across all digital surfaces
• Design and launch new Webflow pages to support marketing campaigns and product releases
• Build systems and visuals that turn complex product stories into bold, compelling narratives
• Own brand consistency across every touchpoint—web, social, events, campaigns
• Collaborate closely with product design to ensure creative feedback flows both ways
• Create static, motion, and interactive assets; manage external vendors for motion/3D
• Balance high-impact creative moments with rapid, iterative design for fast launches
• Speak to designers through your work—visually sharp, trend-aware, and proudly “in the messy middle”
🧠What You Bring
• 5–8 years of experience in brand/web/marketing design (agency or in-house)
• Proven experience shipping in Webflow
• Excellent visual instincts and system-thinking chops
• Strong balance of autonomy and collaboration
• Low ego, fast-paced energy, startup-ready
• Bonus: Motion design, 3D workflows, or creative tools background
• Bonus x2: Experience collaborating closely with product design teams
