You’ll guide a team of designers from concept to completion—balancing bold creative vision with collaborative execution. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Set the creative direction for digital and interactive projects
• Lead and mentor designers with clarity, energy, and empathy
• Concept and pitch original ideas that push boundaries
• Work closely with UX and IA teams to craft seamless experiences
• Partner with devs to bring designs to life across platforms
• Collaborate with project managers to stay on-time and on-budget
• Think beyond desktop—design for mobile, kiosks, touch interfaces, and more
• Champion clean, intuitive, human-centered design at every stage
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a digital space
• Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in concept and execution
• Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Deep understanding of responsive design and UI/UX best practices
• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and defending creative decisions
• Collaborative mindset with zero ego
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards
