Reef is hiring a 3D Designer & Renderer for a fast-growing creative studio specializing in pop-up events and campaign activations across Sydney and Melbourne. You’ll transform big ideas into spatially precise 3D visualizations—creating everything from mockups to fully dimensional construction-ready models for real-world brand experiences.

• A$1,250–A$2,000/month (full-time, 40 hrs/week)
• 100% Remote (AEST working hours required)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Turn creative concepts into detailed 3D visualizations for pop-ups, events, and installations
• Create construction-ready technical drawings with precise dimensions and specs
• Render realistic visuals for client presentations
• Support with Photoshop mockups and layout design for pitch decks
• Work closely with the founder for art direction and design execution
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years in 3D modeling/rendering—installation, architecture, or physical activations preferred
• Proficient in Blender or similar software (3ds Max, Cinema 4D, etc.)
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Experience in creating dimensional models with construction-level accuracy
• Strong visual storytelling with an understanding of spatial design
• Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
• Fast, stable internet + personal desktop/laptop ready for 3D rendering
