📋 What You’ll Own
• Design and document IVR call flows and speech/DTMF applications
• Develop user-centered VUI design specs
• Collaborate with clients and peers to align voice experiences with customer needs
• Conduct usability testing and performance tuning
• Support speech scientists with grammar tuning
• Assist sales and marketing with materials that showcase design methodology
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX or VUI designer
• Background in linguistics, cognitive psychology, or behavioral sciences
• Experience in speech and DTMF IVR application design
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bonus: Computer science experience
