Seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Learning Systems Administrator to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS). You’ll serve as the key point of contact between internal stakeholders, end-users, and the LMS vendor—ensuring seamless course deployment, system performance, and user training.


đź›  Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the LMS platform
  • Author, publish, and support digital learning content
  • Provide analytics and reporting support
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure coursework meets instructional design standards
  • Coach internal teams on LMS usage, delivery, and optimization
  • Create training materials and provide ongoing support to end-users
  • Act as liaison between organization and LMS vendor for upgrades, fixes, and enhancements
  • Assist with project management related to learning initiatives

🎯 Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Informatics, Human Resources, Education, or a related field

Experience:

  • 1+ years in system/database administration, preferably supporting enterprise-level platforms or LMS
  • Project management and analytics/reporting experience
  • Strong customer interface skills

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with eLearning tools (Captivate, Articulate, SCORM/Tin Can)
  • Knowledge of web technologies (FTP, HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
