(Remote – U.S. | Contract | Lightboard)
🧾 About the Role
Lightboard is on the hunt for a freelance Webflow Developer to help us deliver sleek, responsive websites and pixel-perfect email templates for clients like Microsoft, GitHub, and Autodesk. You’ll collaborate with our art directors and account managers to bring mockups to life—but we love developers who can take initiative and finesse the little details. This isn’t a moonlight gig—we’re looking for full-time freelancers based in the U.S.
✅ Position Highlights

• 📍 U.S.-based only

• 💬 Strong communication and time management essential
📋 What You’ll Own
• Build crisp, responsive marketing websites in Webflow
• Collaborate with an art director to translate mockups into functional builds
• Adapt designs in-browser when mockups evolve (they always do)

• Occasionally build landing pages in tools like Unbounce or Instapage
• Conduct quality checks across devices and browsers
🎯 Must-Have Traits & Skills
• Experience building websites in Webflow (links to live sites required)
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS with or without a builder
• Background in WordPress development a plus
• Familiarity with email design—both hand-coded and drag-and-drop builders
• Detail-obsessed (you probably already found two typos here)
• Curious, resourceful, and always learning
• Available full-time as a freelancer (no side gigs)
• Based in the United States

• Flexible remote hours
• Direct access to creatives and clear project direction
