💼 Contract | ⏰ 10–40 hrs/week | 📍 Remote (U.S.-based only)

🧾 About the Role
Lightboard is on the hunt for a versatile and design-minded Webflow Developer. Whether you’re a designer who’s fallen in love with Webflow or a WordPress dev making the switch, we’re excited to meet you. You’ll partner with art directors and account managers to build sleek, responsive websites and email templates that wow our clients—brands like GitHub, Autodesk, and Microsoft.

✅ Position Highlights
• Freelance / Contract
• 10 to 40 hours per week
• Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
• Collaborate with top-tier brands and a talented internal team
• Bring designs to life—and improve them along the way

📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop Webflow websites from approved mockups (with design freedom to elevate the UX)
• Build marketing pages, landing pages, and content templates
• Translate approved designs into responsive, production-ready sites
• Create email templates in Hubspot, Marketo, and Mailchimp
• QA your work for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility (Litmus, etc.)
• Collaborate with art directors and account managers to refine user experience
• Make smart design decisions when mockups are incomplete or evolving

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Solid experience with Webflow and WordPress
• Strong grasp of HTML and CSS—you know what’s under the hood
• Experience building email templates (both hand-coded and builder-based)
• Stellar communication and time management
• Acute attention to detail—you’ll spot typos, broken breakpoints, and UI quirks before the client does
• 100% Freelance (no moonlighters)
• U.S.-based

💡 Why It’s a Fit
You’ll thrive here if:
• You take pride in pixel-perfect execution
• You’re comfortable thinking beyond the mockup
• You’re curious about new tools, platforms, and ways to work smarter
• You enjoy collaborative feedback loops with designers and project leads
