🧾 About the Role
Lightboard is looking for a Webflow-savvy developer who knows their way around a browser breakpoint and can transform clean mockups into slick, responsive websites. Whether you’re a designer expanding into dev or a WordPress veteran switching gears, this is your chance to build modern marketing sites for respected brands—without the agency bloat or late-night chaos.

✅ Position Highlights
• $35–$65/hr based on experience and portfolio
• 10–40 hours/week, fully remote
• Project-based contract role
• No after-hours or weekend work
• U.S.-based freelancers only

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build clean, responsive marketing sites in Webflow from mockups
• Create email templates (hand-coded and via builders like Hubspot or Marketo)
• Collaborate with art directors, account managers, and occasionally other devs
• Tweak and improve designs as client feedback evolves—your design eye is welcome
• Deliver high-quality, tested code (we love Litmus for email QA)

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Strong experience in Webflow and WordPress
• Solid grasp of HTML and CSS (beyond just dragging-and-dropping)
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and builders (Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp)
• Excellent time management, communication, and attention to detail
• Full-time freelancer—no moonlighters
• Based in the U.S.

💻 Remote Requirements
• Reliable internet connection and professional setup
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement
• Communicate clearly and frequently with team and creative leads

💡 Why It’s a Win for Remote Job Seekers
• Work on clean, fast-moving projects with brands like GitHub, Autodesk, and Microsoft
• No client calls unless you want them—account managers handle the rest
• Support from art directors and devs for tricky builds or new tech
• Freedom to contribute creatively, not just execute tasks
• You get to skip the pitch decks and just build cool stuff

✍️ Call to Action
If you can code clean, communicate clearly, and cringe when Webflow decides to randomly break a layout—this gig is for you.
