Guidebook is looking for a talented, hybrid-minded Webflow Designer & Developer to take ownership of their marketing site. You’ll lead a full redesign in Webflow, manage updates, support integrations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness, conversions, and brand consistency. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Redesign and manage Guidebook’s marketing site in Webflow
• Collaborate with marketing teams to build campaign pages and landing flows
• Ensure technical SEO is baked into all builds
• Manage and update the Guidebook blog on WordPress
• Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support integrations and custom needs
• Translate user insights and analytics into continuous UX improvement
• Create digital assets aligned with brand voice and goals
• Participate in structured two-week sprints via Jira
• Proactively seek performance boosts, design optimizations, and visual wins
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years experience in digital/marketing design
• Strong Webflow portfolio with end-to-end ownership of projects
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with SEO fundamentals and site health best practices
• Ability to manage both Webflow and WordPress environments
• Skilled at interpreting analytics and conversion data into action
• Strong communicator and collaborator in cross-functional teams
• Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Can work independently under a remote manager
