You’ll design, build, and improve user-friendly applications using a modern stack, working closely with a tight-knit team that values clean code, collaboration, and innovation.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop and maintain user-facing websites and backend programs
• Write clean, testable code and troubleshoot/debug regularly
• Design intuitive UI/UX using modern HTML/CSS best practices
• Integrate with backend systems and upgrade legacy programs
• Draft clear documentation and ensure security compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and introduce new features
• Stay informed on latest industry trends and tools


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• U.S. citizenship
• 2+ years experience as a Web Developer or Programmer
• Proficient in Python and at least one web framework (Flask or Django)
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
• Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
