PTP is looking for a creative and collaborative Web Designer to craft visually engaging, intuitive, and responsive digital experiences. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead requirement-gathering through interviews and joint application design (JAD) sessions
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes
• Design and implement responsive, accessible web interfaces
• Write and maintain functional specifications and documentation
• Apply consistent branding, design systems, and CSS across platforms
• Refactor and modernize legacy web applications
• Balance usability and performance needs through client collaboration
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• BS in information systems, software engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of web design experience
• 2+ years with responsive/adaptive design
• Strong grasp of Human-Centered Design principles
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Skilled with prototyping and screen mockup tools
• Experience communicating with clients and cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal/written communication and multitasking abilities

• Dedicated home office with strong internet connection
• Ability to collaborate remotely with developers and stakeholders
• Availability for occasional on-site sessions in Sacramento, CA
