🧾 About the Role
B12 is looking for a freelance Web Designer to join our human-assisted A.I. team. You’ll use our in-house design suite to turn auto-generated websites into polished experiences for small and medium-sized businesses. From cafés to investment firms, our customers rely on you to make their sites feel personal, professional, and pixel-perfect.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Interpret customer briefs and apply design instincts
• Use B12’s WYSIWYG design suite to build out websites in ~4 hours
• Apply custom HTML/CSS overrides when needed
• Make enhancements and implement design feedback
• Provide iterative updates and collaborate with our customer success and design leads
• Help co-design our proprietary Design Suite and Orchestra workflow tool
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–5 years of web design experience
• 1–2 years of HTML/CSS experience
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Able to turn loose content into structured, responsive design
• Comfortable with feedback, iteration, and shifting between projects
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile
• Enthusiastic about shaping the future of meaningful work
• Based in the U.S. (remote or NYC-local both welcome)
