🧾 About the Role
PTP is a fast-growing system integrator delivering strategic Customer Experience (CX) solutions. We’re looking for a Web Design and Usability (UX) Consultant to help us build beautiful, intuitive digital journeys that deliver measurable results. This role blends creativity, collaboration, and user empathy to craft experiences that serve both end users and internal teams.

• Work with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients
📋 What You’ll Own
• Develop and enforce UX templates, standards, and design principles
• Lead usability testing and interpret results
• Collaborate with client SMEs and cross-functional teams to create wireframes, personas, and prototypes
• Use feedback and research to drive usability improvements
• Advocate for end-user needs across product development
• Present UX findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Graphic/Visual/Interaction Design, or a related field
• 4+ years applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) to complex systems
• 4+ years of UX/UI design for web and mobile
• 4+ years of usability research and stakeholder reporting
• Clear communicator who can lead UX discussions and reviews
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence design outcomes
💡 Bonus Skills
• Experience working with the State of California
• Familiarity with Ovo Studios CaptureUX
• Hands-on experience with California’s statewide UX standards and templates
💻 Remote Requirements
• Reliable internet and home office setup
• Occasional in-person meetings in Sacramento, CA may be required
