📋 What You’ll Own
• Gather requirements and design IVR applications for speech and DTMF input
• Build call flow diagrams and VUI design specs
• Collaborate with peers and clients to design user-friendly voice interfaces
• Conduct usability tests to refine and validate IVR interactions
• Optimize applications for performance
• Support grammar design and tuning alongside speech scientists
• Create supporting materials for marketing and sales showcasing PTP’s UX approach


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of experience in user interface or voice UX design
• Background in linguistics, cognitive psychology, or behavioral sciences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaborative mindset
• Computer science experience is a plus
