• $85,400–$118,500/year (DOE + bonuses)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design and prototype user flows, wireframes, and mockups
• Translate marketing and campaign goals into conversion-focused digital experiences
• Collaborate with writers, developers, and marketers for seamless delivery
• Use analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to optimize experiences
• Evolve and maintain brand design standards across all digital assets
• Champion accessibility and responsive design in every project
• Participate in brainstorms and contribute UX perspective to creative campaigns
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of UX/UI or web design experience (or 3+ with advanced degree)
• Strong grasp of UX principles, wireframing, and design systems
• Experience with prototyping tools and data-informed design iterations
• Clear, collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
• Passion for learning, experimenting, and pushing creative boundaries
💻 Remote Requirements
• Reliable internet and a focused home workspace
• Remote flexibility available unless based within 45 miles of Draper, UT or Dallas, TX—then hybrid is required (Tue–Thu on-site)
