As a User Services Analyst at HaloMD, you’ll be the go-to for end-user tech support across devices, apps, and infrastructure. This hybrid role (3 days onsite in Addison, TX, 2 days remote) combines day-to-day troubleshooting with behind-the-scenes admin tasks in Office 365, Active Directory, and IT asset management. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Provide user support for workstations, apps, printers, phones, mobile devices, A/V, and servers
• Manage user accounts and access controls
• Administer Office 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory

• Prioritize and escalate tickets as needed
• Create knowledge base documents, end-user training materials, and procedures
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of experience in IT support
• Skilled in troubleshooting across Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
• Familiarity with Office 365 Admin, Exchange, Active Directory
• Understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, mobile device management, and A/V setups
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to support both technical and non-technical users
