As a Staff Machine Learning & Computer Vision Engineer, you’ll join a high-impact, globally distributed team working at the intersection of AI, deep learning, and 3D imaging. You’ll lead the development of advanced models powering Dandy’s dental tech stack—shaping the future of clinical tools for practitioners around the world.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Build CV models to extract structure from dense, unstructured 3D dental scans
• Research state-of-the-art techniques in 3D generative AI and computer vision
• Develop, evaluate, and fine-tune models for specific and broad applications
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with product and research teams to shape current and upcoming tools
• Deliver quick, high-impact features on a fast-moving, innovation-focused team
• Create evaluation frameworks to ensure data and model reliability
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 8+ years of experience (including 4+ in machine learning)
• Strong Python expertise
• Experience with PyTorch and 3D deep learning or geometric computer vision
• Background in SOTA 2D/3D deep learning approaches
• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field
• Precision, code quality, and attention to detail are a must
• Ability to collaborate during Eastern Time business hours
