đ What Youâll Own
⢠Architect, design, and implement Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
⢠Lead projects from concept through release while mentoring other engineers
⢠Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to bring intuitive mobile experiences to life
⢠Advocate for and implement clean architecture and MVVM patterns
⢠Drive quality through test-driven development, automation, and performance testing
⢠Maintain and scale BILLâs Android app with an eye on usability, scalability, and maintainability
⢠Influence mobile strategy while helping define best practices, documentation, and design principles
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠8+ years of Android development experience (Kotlin/Java)
⢠Advanced knowledge of Android SDKs, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and clean architecture
⢠Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store
⢠Proven leadership of mobile initiatives and mentoring team members
⢠Expertise in TDD, unit testing, automation, and performance monitoring
⢠Clear, confident communicatorâable to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical teams
⢠Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with product, design, and engineering
⢠BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
