🚀 Your Impact
- Serve as the senior escalation point during complex enterprise software implementations and support.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Project Management, Enterprise Support, Product, and Service Delivery teams.
- Lead solution adoption efforts by identifying blockers and aligning executive stakeholders.
- Own custom projects and initiatives for enterprise clients from pre-sales through delivery.
- Present business reviews and actionable insights to executive-level stakeholders.
- Provide deep consultative guidance based on product knowledge, industry best practices, and client-specific needs.
- Support the development and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) for complex engagements.
🧰 You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS delivery—ideally in hospitality tech, RMS, PMS, CRS, or distribution systems
- Proven leadership handling escalations and managing cross-functional enterprise projects
- Polished executive communication skills and client-facing presence
- Strategic mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Ability to travel up to 60% nationally and internationally
- Bonus: Familiarity with hotel revenue, channel, or distribution systems
