📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead design for Hatch’s web ecosystem and product landing pages
• Create web strategies that balance visual storytelling and conversion
• Build and refine our web design system
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Dev
• Launch new product pages and iterate based on data and user insights
• Translate business goals into elegant, user-centered designs
• Drive creativity and clarity across all web initiatives
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience focused on web
• Expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern web standards
• Familiarity with component-based development (React/NextJS is a bonus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished, high-conversion web experiences
• Passion for storytelling, wellness, and design with purpose
• Experience working with performance data and user feedback
