• Must work Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

📋 What You’ll Own
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, scalable websites
• Develop custom WordPress themes with ACF, hooks, and CPTs
• Optimize performance, QA team output, and maintain high code standards
• Integrate APIs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and custom REST endpoints
• Guide architecture decisions and provide technical leadership
• Join client meetings as the technical lead when needed
• Build secure, SEO-rich, and accessible web solutions
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years of hands-on web development experience
• Mastery of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress
• Proficient in Git, modern workflows, and QA testing
• Fluent in performance optimization, cross-browser testing, and web security
• Strong SEO knowledge: semantic HTML, structured data, fast-loading pages
• Independent, reliable, and thrives in client-facing environments
• Available to work 9 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday (no exceptions)
