🧾 About the Role
Truv is redefining how financial data is accessed. As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you’ll own the technical relationship with top Fintech and Financial Institution clients, acting as the bridge between engineering and enterprise accounts. This is a fully remote role where you’ll guide customers through onboarding, integration, optimization, and adoption—playing a major part in transforming a $2B legacy market.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as primary technical point-of-contact for assigned enterprise accounts
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and integration of Truv’s real-time payroll data platform
• Develop technical account plans that align customer goals with Truv capabilities
• Conduct training sessions, health checks, and ongoing platform support
• Monitor usage data, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to solve issues and advocate for client needs
• Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge base
• Guide clients through product updates and evolving platform features


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 5+ years in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or technical account management
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Mortgage, Lending, or Fintech sectors
• Previous work in early-stage startups (50–200 employees strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise software, and data workflows
• Excellent communication and client-facing problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships post-sale
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
