🧾 About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Program Manager to lead technical deployment efforts spanning 30+ workstreams. This is a contract-based remote opportunity supporting major IT initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and agile execution. The role is hands-on and highly collaborative, ideal for someone comfortable with ambiguity, tight deadlines, and enterprise-level scope.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Independently manage end-to-end project execution across 30+ integrations and applications
• Schedule, facilitate, and lead coordination meetings for cutover and deployment planning
• Execute governance activities per PMO playbook with minimal guidance
• Communicate effectively across IT, business units, and vendors
• Identify risks and escalation paths proactively
• Collaborate on deployment strategy, timelines, and mock production cutovers
• Implement improved processes for unclear or poorly defined cross-functional workflows
• Provide documentation, reporting, and technical oversight for project deliverables
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3–6 years of technical project/program management
• BS in CS, MIS, or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 years of technical experience)
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise deployments
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Effective under pressure, with sound judgment and prioritization ability
• Quick to adapt to collaboration tools: Google Suite, SmartSheet, Quip, Slack
• Analytical and solution-oriented with critical thinking mindset
• Collaborative leadership and the ability to earn stakeholder trust
💡 Preferred/Teachable Skills
• Slack, SmartSheet (teachable)
• Salesforce.com or Workday project knowledge
• PMP or Agile certification a plus
• Workday Project Management certification (optional)
💻 Remote Requirements
• U.S.-based with ability to work CST hours
• Strong internet and home office setup
• Ability to manage virtual meetings and digital collaboration with minimal ramp-up
