đ What Youâll Own
⢠Deliver end-to-end product designs that are clear, powerful, and delightful
⢠Simplify complex data workflows without dumbing them down
⢠Co-lead problem scoping, solution brainstorming, and design direction
⢠Rapidly prototype, iterate, and gather feedback from your team and users
⢠Balance consistency with innovationâknowing when to break the rules
⢠Support and evolve design systems, patterns, and flows across the product
⢠Champion product clarity, usefulness, and joy
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠5+ years of experience designing for web applications or complex tools
⢠You think in terms of systems and journeys, not just screens
⢠Strong instinct for UX and visual polish, even under tight timelines
⢠Comfort giving and receiving feedback in collaborative design reviews
⢠Strong writing and verbal skills for articulating design decisions
⢠You care more about outcomes than artifactsâreal-world impact over slides
⢠Comfortable working async and independently in a distributed team

⢠Familiarity with complex UIs, internal tools, or developer-facing features
⢠You understand technical constraints and ask the right questions early
⢠Bonus: HTML/CSS/React fluency or experience designing for dev tools
