As a Product Designer, you’ll join a collaborative, fast-moving team reimagining how millions of homebuyers, sellers, lenders, and agents engage with real estate. You’ll tackle highly technical challenges and shape human-centric design solutions from concept to launch—bringing clarity to one of life’s most complex transactions.

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design intuitive user flows and human-centered experiences across features
• Lead projects from initial concept through iteration and final handoff
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners to ship high-quality work
• Provide implementation guidance and design QA to ensure pixel-perfect delivery
• Evaluate product success through user feedback and evolve the design accordingly
• Champion UI/UX best practices and customer empathy across the platform
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–4 years of product design experience
• Portfolio showcasing strong UX, interaction, and visual design chops
• Proven ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant interfaces
• History of shipping products and iterating based on user feedback
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.)
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects end-to-end
💻 Remote Requirements
• U.S.-based with availability for team collaboration (Pacific Time overlap preferred)
• Equipped with a reliable workspace and design tool access
• Strong asynchronous and real-time communication skills
