Underdog—the fastest-growing sports gaming company in history—is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to lead and optimize IT operations across a distributed workforce. Position Highlights
Full-time | Fully Remote (U.S.)
• Salary Range: $124,000–$140,000

📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead all IT support operations, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences
• Manage Service Desk operations and Freshservice ticketing workflows
• Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) via Okta, ensuring secure SSO and MFA
• Manage endpoint and device security using JumpCloud (Windows/macOS) and Kandji (Apple)
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom to maintain collaboration and compliance
• Improve onboarding/offboarding workflows across IAM, MDM, and SaaS platforms
• Implement and enforce security best practices and access policies
• Partner cross-functionally with key departments to align IT solutions with company goals
• Set and track OKRs for service performance, ticket SLAs, and employee satisfaction
• Continuously document, iterate, and improve IT processes and protocols


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 7+ years of IT operations/support experience
• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Deep hands-on experience with:
 – Freshservice
 – Okta
 – Kandji and JumpCloud (MDM)
 – Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
• Strong understanding of Apple and Windows environments
• Expert-level grasp of IAM, endpoint security, SSO, MFA, and access reviews
• Familiarity with zero-trust security principles and ITIL best practices
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and process optimization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-first culture

• Reliable home workspace and internet connection
• Ability to work autonomously while staying connected to a highly distributed team
• Willingness to lead transitions, policy rollouts, and tech implementations virtually


💡 Even Better If You Have
• ITIL certification or experience implementing ITSM frameworks
• Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or GLI-33B compliance
• Experience managing IT teams with focus on SaaS security and IAM
• Hands-on with tools like Cerby and shadow IT mitigation strategies
• Experience in IT asset management, procurement, or budget oversight
