📋 What You’ll Own
• Build modern, scalable web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Implement front-end functionality using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue
• Integrate with server-side platforms (Node.js, Java, Perl, Python)
• Transform design assets into W3C-compliant templates
• Collaborate with UX and product teams to refine IA and user flows
• Optimize latency and performance for seamless page loads
• Maintain and iterate on existing web platforms
• Guide junior developers and contribute to an Agile environment


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, IT, Math, or related field
• 1+ year experience in a professional software development role
• Proficient in:

  • Cross-browser HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Server-side scripting (JavaScript, Perl, Python, Java, or Ruby)
  • React, Angular, Ember, Vue, or Backbone
  • Translating Photoshop designs into semantic HTML
  • Building high-performance, scalable JavaScript web applications
