We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Email & SMS Graphic Designer who doesn’t just make things look pretty—but knows how to convert. You’ll design high-impact visuals that elevate ecommerce performance across Klaviyo, Postscript, and beyond.

• Full-Time | Remote (U.S. or Colombia only)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design high-converting emails and visual assets for ecommerce brands
• Create static and animated elements (GIFs, icons, layouts)
• Build, slice, and code emails directly in Klaviyo
• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists on campaign builds
• Execute A/B testing and iterate based on data
• Keep deliverables clean, proofed, and typo-free
• Stay current with trends in email/SMS design and ecommerce best practices
• Join daily team syncs and contribute to creative direction
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–3+ years of email or direct-response design for ecommerce (not general design)
• Hands-on experience in Klaviyo or similar ESP
• Proficiency in Photoshop (Illustrator + HTML/CSS = a bonus)
• Strong grasp of conversion-driven layout, UI/UX, and responsive design
• Attention to detail—sloppy work and typos won’t fly here
• Able to work within brand guidelines without needing client handholding
• Great communicator, fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Based within 3 hours of EST—U.S. or Colombia only
