You’ll help us craft creative, human-centered content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Email, Paid Media, and beyond. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Lead storyboarding and motion design for short-form content
• Design creative assets for social, email, paid media, and emerging platforms
• Adapt content quickly to news and trends (think: fast-turnaround content magic)
• Collaborate with social strategists, marketers, and other creatives
• Handle light interactive design work (approx. 20% of the time)
• Communicate timelines, milestones, and progress with team leads

🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of design experience with at least 1 year in social-first creative
• Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing motion, typography, and layout
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or similar)
• Up-to-date on digital platform trends, formats, and specs
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Comfortable translating analytics into design choices
• Sharp communicator with a passion for punchy, platform-optimized work
