We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us turn caller behavior into actionable insights, driving stronger digital journeys across IVR systems. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Analyze IVR caller behavior data using SQL and Excel
• Build custom Tableau dashboards to identify patterns, friction points, and trends
• Translate analysis into opportunities to improve digital customer journeys
• Present data-driven insights to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Deepen understanding of IVR flows and functionality to support product decisions
• Work cross-functionally to influence CX design with data-backed recommendations


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar
• 2+ years in data analysis (IVR/contact center experience preferred)
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Sharp analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills


💻 Remote Requirements
• U.S.-based with a reliable remote setup
• Available for cross-time zone collaboration with distributed teams
