In this fully remote role, you’ll build lasting relationships, drive client success outcomes, and help identify solutions that improve efficiency and revenue. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare clients
• Build strong, long-term relationships through regular check-ins, project updates, and timely issue resolution
• Monitor and improve the client experience by identifying pain points and offering proactive solutions
• Respond to client emails within 24 hours, ensuring transparency and progress updates
• Facilitate project plans, timelines, and handoffs between client and internal teams
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with Client Executives
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve both client outcomes and internal processes
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 4+ years in customer success, client management, or account support
• Strong understanding of project management processes
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to act independently and as part of a team
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple client relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
