You’ll work alongside a globally distributed team crafting high-impact motion graphics, digital ads, Lottie animations, and interactive content for the world’s top brands. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Craft scroll-stopping motion design for leading global clients
• Create Lottie and Rive animations for UI and interactive design
• Design ads, social content, brand assets, and explainer visuals with impact
• Work on multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously with precision
• Implement new creative tools (AI, automation, etc.) to push motion forward
• Partner with Creative Leads to align visual storytelling with client goals
• Support the integration of animation into UX/UI systems and HTML5-ready assets
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 3+ years of professional motion design experience
• Strong portfolio showing motion graphics, Lottie/Rive animations, and dynamic video work
• Proficiency with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (3D or video editing a bonus)
• Deep understanding of animation principles, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Experience with Rive and Lottie workflows
• Excellent English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work across time zones and meet deadlines consistently
• Familiarity with UI design systems and HTML5 fundamentals
