BAD Marketing is looking for a bold, visually-driven Ecommerce Creative Designer to craft high-converting digital assets for ecom brands across the globe. From scroll-stopping video ads to crisp product visuals, you’ll be the creative engine behind performance-driven design that gets results. • $24,000–$48,000/year
• Full-Time | Remote (Worldwide)
• UK BST core hours: 9 AM–5 PM
• Flexible US-client hours (2x/week)

📋 What You’ll Own
• Design short-form and long-form video content for ecommerce websites and paid social (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Create static graphics and ad creatives: product images, homepage visuals, banners, and more
• Animate text and visuals using motion design tools
• Optimize assets for engagement, conversions, and platform-specific formats
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams daily
• Apply performance data and customer insights to elevate output
• Stay sharp on ecommerce trends and social media algorithms
• Implement feedback quickly with ownership and pride


🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2–3+ years in video editing + graphic design (ecom or digital agency preferred)
• Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom
• Strong motion graphics and text-based animation skills
• Clean, conversion-friendly design instincts
• Understand branding, typography, layout, and storytelling
• Able to follow brand guidelines with minimal hand-holding
• Thrive under pressure, juggle priorities, and still deliver excellent work
• Must be available during UK hours with flexibility for US clients (2 days/week)
