TruBridge is seeking a Billing & Posting Representative to join our remote Accounts Receivable Management Services team. In this full-time role, youâll act as a critical liaison between TruBridge and client hospitals/clinicsâensuring accurate, timely payment posting and resolving billing issues across a variety of systems. đ What Youâll Own
⢠Receive and verify daily receipts for accuracy and bank deposit alignment
⢠Research unclear payments and apply them to the correct accounts
⢠Post all types of paymentsâmanual, electronic, zero payments, denialsâwith accuracy
⢠Maintain logs of all transactions, CAS codes, and contractual allowances
⢠Correct and resubmit billing errors to third-party insurance carriers
⢠Balance all postings to site bank deposits
⢠Participate in backlog projects and assist with unresolved account issues
⢠Serve as a resource for fellow team members
⢠Maintain confidentiality and meet quality and production standards
đŻ Must-Have Traits
⢠3+ years of hospital payment posting experience (inside or outside TruBridge)
⢠Proficiency with CPT, ICD-10 coding, and medical billing terminology
⢠Experience posting patient and insurance payments, denials, and appeals
⢠Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail
⢠Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet daily targets
⢠Familiarity with CAS codes, reconciliation processes, and claim appeals
⢠Comfortable working with insurance payers and cross-functional teams
