Instructure is hiring an experienced AI Product Manager to lead development on their Education AI Agent—an initiative focused on delivering smart, trustworthy, and scalable AI support for educators. 📋 What You’ll Own
• Define and deliver the AI Agent roadmap, including performance standards and success metrics
• Monitor and improve agent performance at scale with evaluation frameworks and dashboards
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and fellow PMs to enhance agent capabilities
• Support internal rollout and Early Access Programs, tracking usage and synthesizing feedback
• Establish safe, ethical, auditable AI practices that surface risks and mitigate bias
• Drive experimentation and reduce validation cycles for AI workflows
🎯 Must-Have Traits
• 2+ years of product management experience with LLM-based chatbots or AI agents
• Strong understanding of metrics, evaluation methods, and quality assurance in AI
• Growth mindset with systems-thinking approach to workflow innovation
