🎨 About the Role

Cleo is looking for a digital designer who’s just as comfy in Figma as they are in HTML. You’ll bring Cleo’s bold brand voice to life across emails, web pages, and everything in between. Part creative. Part coder. Fully obsessed with flow, clarity, and conversion. You’ll sit at the intersection of growth, lifecycle, and creative—turning strategy into scroll-stopping digital experiences.

This role is ideal for a hybrid thinker who can design with intention and build with confidence—someone who gets just as excited about modular email components as they do about shaping a microsite that converts like a dream.


🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and building branded landing pages, microsites, and digital assets using HTML/CSS, Webflow, Framer, or similar
  • Creating responsive, high-performing emails and web components that are visually stunning and strategically smart
  • Collaborating with copywriters, CRM leads, product marketers, and other creatives to bring campaigns to life
  • Building reusable systems and design libraries for email and web
  • Running A/B tests, reviewing performance metrics, and tweaking based on what the data tells you
  • Supporting app store presence with branded screenshots and visual updates
  • Driving visual consistency across digital touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries

🧠 What They’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years designing and building for digital marketing (email/web), preferably in consumer tech or high-growth environments
  • Killer portfolio showcasing branded email campaigns and web builds
  • Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Solid HTML/CSS skills—bonus if you dabble in JavaScript
  • Experience with tools like Webflow, Framer, HubSpot, or headless CMS platforms
  • Familiar with email builders like Beefree or Customer.IO
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI, conversion funnels, responsive/mobile-first design, and accessibility
  • Strategic thinker who designs with clarity, impact, and brand voice
  • Passionate about storytelling through design—tight space, big feeling
  • A thoughtful collaborator who balances taste with speed, performance with polish
